Our Return & Exchange Promise
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items in their original, unopened condition. Your family’s satisfaction is as important to us as the safety standards in our baby products.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened baby & toddler milks (due to nutritional product regulations)
- Personal care items like feminine care products, dental items, and opened skincare solutions
- Hair colourants and hair removal products after opening
Easy Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Product(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions specific to your location.
Step 3: Package & Ship
Securely package the unused items with original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing
Once received, we’ll inspect your return within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about the status.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days after approval (processing time depends on your bank)
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process: If exchanging, we’ll ship the new item once your return is received. Additional charges may apply for price differences.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
